Delete your Digital Car account

Option 1: Delete inside Digital Car

1. Open Digital Car and sign in.
2. Open your account, profile or settings screen.
3. Select Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

Send the request from the email address registered to your Digital Car account. Use the subject Delete my Digital Car account.

If the button does not open your email app, write to slobodanmilojevic55@gmail.com.

Verification and timing

We may ask for limited information to verify that you own the account. We will never ask for your password or MFA code. Email requests are normally completed within 30 days after ownership is verified. We will confirm when processing is complete or explain if more information is needed.

Data that is deleted

• Your Digital Car authentication account and profile.
• Your vehicles and related vehicle details.
• Service, maintenance, inspection, insurance, registration and mileage records.
• Fuel, expense, reminder and other history entries.
• Uploaded photos, receipts and documents.
• Active public vehicle-history share links associated with your account.

Information that may be retained

Limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or dispute resolution. Deleted information may also remain temporarily in protected backups until normal backup rotation is completed. Retained information is not used to continue providing the deleted account.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Digital Car account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Google Play, Microsoft Store or another store. Cancel any active subscription in the store where you purchased it before deleting your account.
